I found this rubric touched on important criteria of how I would like to be assessed for my Genius Hour project. This rubric assesses the inquiry process and the quality of the resources I have chosen and the legitimacy of those resources. Through investigating my Genius Hour I have found out other articles, some scholarly, on the same topic of music sampling in hip hop music. I think that as part of the criteria it would be beneficial to assess how well I am able to take pieces of those resources that best suit my investigation and support my claim.



Other than the assessment of research involved this rubric puts emphasis on the creative part of the project as well. I would like to be assessed on the quality of my presentation, how I shared it, using extra materials, and my ability to create a WOW factor in the presentation.
